Agreement

The information in these Terms and Conditions is updated as of 17 JAN 2007 by We Care Tuition Agency.

We Care Tuition Agency reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions within reasonable limits as situation requires, with or without notice. Continued membership following updates of Terms and Conditions will constitute binding acceptance to changes made.

Charges

Registration is free.

Minimum Requirements

As a tutor with We Care Tuition Agency, you agree that you are:

• residing in Singapore.
• possessing a valid email account.
• providing accurate information about yourself in the registration form.
  

Accuracy and up-to-date database

It is up to individual responsibilty to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Be honest about all information entered in the database. We Care Tuition Agency reserves the right to expel tutors with poor integrity.

Confidentiality

The information you provide in the registration form is kept strictly confidential to We Care Tuition Agency.

Quality Assurance 

Tutors should be competent in the subjects that they wish to teach. This means that they should have good grades in those subjects.

You must present to the student/parents your original examination certifications at the first lesson. If you are a school teacher or ex-school teacher, you have to show proof of recognized teaching qualifications.

Replacement of Tutor

If for any reason you wish to replace the tutor, you can contact We Care Tuition Agency for the replacement. If it is within the 1 st month, parents will have to pay the pro-rated tuition fees based on the number of lessons being conducted. You will have to pay 50% of the fees to We Care Tuition Agency and 50% to the Tutor. 

Payment of Commission

Upon completion of the 2nd lesson for once-weekly lessons, We Care Tuition Agency will invoice for 50% of the total monthly tuition fees from parents. This is our Agency commission for supplying the tutor. You can mail to us either by Cheque or by bank transfers.

The remaining 50% of the total monthly tuition fees is to be paid directly to the tutor at the end of the 4 th lesson. This is the tuition fee.
For all subsequent 4 weeks, you pay the tutor 100% of the tuition fees.

Responsibilities

Tutors are to be professional in their personal conduct. Parents/Students can report on bad conduct of tutors here.

Relationship of Parties

Registering with We Care Tuition Agency as a tutor or student will not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. As a tutor/student, you will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.

Disputes

We Care Tuition Agency believe that our role does not end when we supply a tutor. We will help resolve any disputes that may arise. We can't make any guarantees, but we will do our best to resolve the dispute. Please let us know at any time if you have a disagreement over any matter with your tutor.

Limitation of Liability

We Care Tuition Agency, its owners and employees, will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, special, or consequential damages.
